We will not be undersold! Before you buy, if you see a lower legitimate price from any authorized Canadian retailer or dealer for any model we stock, either online, in-store, or in print, we will beat that price by 15% of the difference.

We will need to verify that it meets the criteria in the Conditions stated below and we will be happy to beat the price!

Simply supply with the following:

At Retail Location (Any of the following):

• Copy of the competitor's current advertisement.
• Competitor's current flyer.
• Competitor's web address (URL) to the product page. If the conditions are met, we will beat the price immediately!

For Online Purchase (Any of the following):

• A screenshot of product page that clearly displays the competitor and their price.
• Competitors web address (hyperlink/URL) of to the product page. Note: please provide link to product page only, not to the shopping cart, as cart info will not transfer correctly via email.

Conditions:

• Advertisement from an authorized Canadian retailer or dealer offering full Canadian manufacturer's warranty.
• The item is in stock plus shipped from and sold in Canada.
• Item is the same brand.
• Item is the same model number.
• Any shipping charges will be included in product price.
• Any financing terms applicable to product will be included in product price. (Applies to Retail Locations only)
• For personal use only.

Exceptions:

• If product has been designated with any of the following, then Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply:
  • Clearance, Demo, Discontinued, Final Clearance, Limited Quantity and Limited Time.
  • Educational Pricing, Mail In Offer, and Mail In Rebate.
  • Open Box, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), One-Of-A-Kind, Refurbished and Special Order.

• The following product brands are excluded from the Lowest Price Guarantee:
  • SpecD.
• If product is being sold during a limited time event, such as any of the following events the Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply:
  • Boxing Day, Boxing Week, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Friends and Family and VIP Sale.
• Advertising errors or misprints do not qualify.
• Authorized Canadian retailer or dealer cannot be from a marketplace or have classified advertisements placed in a platform owned and operated by a third party including e-commerce like platforms.
• Our 15% Lowest Price Guarantee offer does not apply on Price Protection Guarantee applications.
